There’s a special silence in Hinterstoder these days

The mountains have started to change their colours — from autumn gold to the first hints of white. The air feels colder, the mornings are quieter, and the rhythm of winter slowly returns to the valley.
The slopes are not open yet, but the anticipation is everywhere — in every snowflake that lands, in every cloud that brushes the peaks. Soon the first lifts will move, and the mountain will come alive again.
For now, we enjoy the calm before the season.
